Hi everyone 🌿 I’ve been doing yoga on and off for a few months (mostly YouTube flows) and I realized my lower body is SUPER tight—hamstrings, hips, even calves. I sit a lot for work and I feel it when I try forward folds or anything like lunges. I’m not trying to do crazy splits, I just want to feel more open and comfortable in daily life (and stop feeling like my legs are made of wood 😅).
What yoga poses help with lower body flexibility the most? If you have a small routine (like 10–20 minutes) I can repeat a few times a week, that would be amazing. Also: any cues for not overdoing it? Sometimes I push because I think I “should” be flexible, then I’m sore the next day.
