Hi everyone, I’ve been dealing with a super tight lower back lately (mostly after sitting at my desk all day, and sometimes after workouts). It’s not like sharp pain, more like stiffness and a “stuck” feeling around the low back/hips. I’m trying to figure out what yoga poses help with tight lower back without overdoing it. I’ve tried a few YouTube flows but some backbends make me feel worse, and forward folds sometimes tug behind my legs.
If you have go-to poses or a small routine that actually helps, I’d love to hear it. Also: should I focus more on hips/hamstrings or on strengthening core? Any tips on breathing or how long to hold the poses would be amazing. Thanks 🤍
