Hi everyone 🌿 I keep seeing “karma yoga” mentioned in classes and in a few books, but it still feels kind of abstract to me. I’m not living in an ashram — I work a normal office job, I’m often tired, and honestly I can get pretty annoyed at people (coworkers, family, strangers in traffic 😅).
So what is karma yoga in modern life, really? Is it just volunteering, or is it more like an attitude while you work? How do you practice it without becoming a doormat or burning out?
I’d love examples that feel realistic: work emails, relationships, chores, social media, etc. Thanks 💜
