I’ve been practicing yoga on and off for a couple of years, mostly quick vinyasa videos when I’m short on time. Lately I’m feeling a bit burnt out (work + too much screen time) and fast flows sometimes make me feel rushed and weirdly more stressed. A friend suggested “slow flow yoga” and I tried one class—less sweaty, more breathing, but my legs were shaking like crazy and I felt super calm after.
So… what are the real benefits of slow flow yoga? Is it mainly for relaxation, or can it still build strength and flexibility? Also, is it good if you sit a lot during the day? I’d love to hear how it helped you and how often you practice it. Thanks 💜
